Here are frequently asked questions that sellers generally have before they hire us! We feel 3 key things to best and long lasting client-agency relationship is transparency, honesty and having the right expectations from each other. We hope the answers will help you understand our services better and evaluate if we are the best partners for you.

How much do you charge for your services?


We work on a hybrid model, we work on a monthly retainer + a variable fee “on incremental GMS”.
Incremental GMS means if you have done INR 30L in GMS previous month of signing the partnership, and next month if you do 32L. Variable fee will be a percentage on 2L i.e. incremental GMS you’ve got after signing up. The hybrid model helps us ensure skin the game from both you as a seller and us an agency.

We are small team of Amazon Ads Experts and that is all what we do. If you hire us, we will consult you how you can grow your Amazon Business while we manage your Amazon advertising end to end and provide best possible visibility at best possible cost. Consulting service is an ad-hoc on demand service because we know ads alone cannot do wonders. While we consult on other aspects like Conversion Optimization, Creative improvements, FBA, Pricing Strategy etc. acting on these inputs still remains seller’s responsibility.
As a partner who manages the ads for your brand, we need all business inputs from you to support the decisions we make in ads. For e.g. Inventory Update – if you’re low on stock, advertising that product has no point. Similarly, if you have new launches coming in, if you have different ACoS goals for different product lines etc. Essentially everything you do as a business just keep us in loop, so that we can make the best decisions for your advertising account and bring out the best possible returns on investments.
When hiring an expert or consultant, hiring them for their time would be the worst decision you can make. At Adsify as well, when we hire talented people we do not hire them for their time, we hire them for the results. That’s the reason we have been able to deliver success stories month over month. Adsify is a tech enabled agency that leverages tech to do redundant repetitive tasks and invest time in working strategically with the brand. And that’s the biggest differentiator we have.
We’re currently (Oct 2024) a very small team of 25 Amazon Ads Experts, who are analytical, strategic thinkers and driven by the positive results on our clients’ accounts.

In general we deploy a team of two per account of which one will be the PPC Manager who will be responsible for all things ads and other person will be looking after overall account growth, pricing strategy, conversion optimization etc.

Generally when we onboard an account we do a deep dive in your existing campaigns. If you’re reading this page, there is a high chance that you’ve already gone through the audit we do for our clients (if not book one now) where we showcase gaps, actions to fill those gaps and what you can expect out of this engagement in the next three months. In the audit we also talk about how we will make sure your existing campaigns work well. Rest assured all campaigns old or newly made by Adsify are treated equally. Overall account performance is the KPI we own.
No this could be very risky for your overall account visibility. As soon as we onboard an account we look for ACoS improvement opportunities without affecting your overall sales. That does not mean all old campaigns will be paused, in fact if we see a good opportunity we might scale your old campaigns as well.
We have a common whatsapp channel where our team and your team will be sharing all updates related to your account. Weekly we will share account metrics to understand what’s happening on the uber level. Every fortnight we will connect on calls to share the detailed updates, what worked, what didn’t, current opportunities and action planned.
We connect every fortnight because Amazon Ads Attribution window is 7-14 days and the data gets mature enough only after 14 days. So reviewing data that isn’t mature will not be the best thing. While weekly reports and fortnight review calls are there to ensure seamless operation between us and the seller. We also ensure that we’re available for certain ad-hoc calls for all urgent issues, business updates etc. And the whatsapp group remains super active throughout the engagement for the transactional discussions.
We generally respond to all messages the same day OR next day (if we receive message post work hours). So all urgent matters will be prioritised by the Account Manager the same day. The team follows a simple structure of communication where they share ETA as soon as they accept a task and if they foresee a delay in promised ETA, they keep you posted a bit in advance.
At Adsify, data security is the top most priority for us. We comply with all non-disclosure terms agreed with the client. We perform regular internal audits with all employees to ensure the security of our clients’ data.
Generally, we optimize the account every fortnight because the data attribution for Sponsored Products happens in 7 days and for Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display it takes 14 days. Optimising on data that isn’t mature will lead to wrong decisions. While the account level optimization happens every fortnight that doesn’t mean we will not be monitoring the account for 14 days. We monitor accounts daily and if we see any red flag or any opportunity to scale we make changes then and there.
If we start going aggressive in ads the ad sales will increase quicker than your organic sales. Organic sales always grow gradually. So depending upon your goals and how aggressive we (Adsify and the brand) decide to go on ads your ad sales will increase. But in the long term, increased ad sales will help you improve your rankings, organic visibility and organic sales as well. But expecting your organic to grow at the same rate ad sales are growing wouldn’t be right.
